2. Account and balance
- Your account balance can only be used to purchase proxy services on the VinaProxy.com platform.
- Account balance cannot be withdrawn as cash, transferred to a bank, or moved to another account in any form.
- By topping up your account, you agree that the amount will be used for proxy services and is non-refundable.
- VinaProxy.com is not responsible for refunding any unused balance.
3. Proxy service
- Proxies are provided for the term selected at purchase. When the term ends, the proxy stops working automatically.
- We guarantee that proxies work correctly from a technical standpoint (correct IP location, stable connection).
- How third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.) detect or classify IPs is beyond the control of VinaProxy.com.
- Customers are responsible for testing that proxies suit their needs before buying in bulk.
4. Refund policy
- Refunds are only considered when a proxy does not work technically (cannot connect, or the IP location is wrong when checked on ipinfo.io).
- Refunds are credited to your account balance on the platform, not back to a bank account.
- No refunds are given when a proxy works correctly but does not suit your personal use case, or is blocked/misclassified by a third-party platform.
5. Code of conduct
- Customers must remain courteous when contacting support.
- VinaProxy.com may refuse support or suspend the account of customers who insult or threaten support staff.
- Using proxies for illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
6. Changes to these terms
VinaProxy.com may change these terms at any time. Continuing to use the service after the terms are updated means you accept the changes.
